First GearBox Drivetrain for the MBS Matrix2 on the market

Silent Helical Gears, made by DUFFMAN Industries, custom CNC machined in Germany

3D- Encoder Housing, yeah its printed but super though with nice features :

- lighter then the CNC machined one

- integrated AS5047 Encoder Mounting System with Wire management

      - AS5047 Magnetic Encoder, let me call it "the future shit"

        Will gives you more precise Motorcontrol then ANY Hall Sensor Motor,

        Also it allows you to use ANY Motor without Sensors, much more to choose from.

        Its a super nice feature, all inside this Gearbox,

         We will have ready to mount encoder packages in the near future

 

About the MBS-MATRIX-2 Truck:

Light and super agil Truck, massive steering possibilitys 

Elastomere Damping, 3 different "Shockblocks" from super soft to hard,

changed in under two minutes ( without nasty springs which jump around)

Adjusters sits from below,

Niiiiice for eATB, because you dont have to remove your ESC department,

which sits normaly on the rear Tip above the Adjusters (-;

NO need to CNC machine this Trucks, BIG advantage for the customer

(the V1, complete length 390mm, will work also BUT with limited MOTORSIZES / TILT possibility)

Fits for Motors with 63mm Diameter and max Lenght of 84mm , maybe more (-;
